As part of the offering, we are able to render bespoke pieces as well as source specific items from a network of local and international suppliers 30 years in the making. This service is a powerful tool for those who are interested in professionalising their interior design project.
HOW IT WORKS
If you love our look at JVB and would like to recreate it in your space, get in touch with us about a decorating consultation. We’ll set up a time to meet in the JVB showroom, one-on-one and free of charge, with a focus on understanding the space you’re decorating and your vision for it.
If you would like to take the consulation in situ, we offer a 1 hour in-house option. We will walk through your space with you and offer real-time commentary and guidance on realising your vision with JVB. This option comes at a charge of R900.
We don’t only take on large-scale decorating projects. We are equally adept at smaller, more focussed projects, from creative ways to display your scatter cushions to redecorating single rooms at a time.
We are long-term collaborators with South Africa’s elite fabric and walllpaper houses, many inaccesible to the public. You can be sure of the highest quality selection at the best prices.
The consultation is just the first step. JVB can then help you turn your vision into reality. We measure up your desired spaces and present you with concept boards and a detailed quote.
Our interior decorating service is a value-added benefit of shopping at JVB, there is no additional fee beyond the conventional JVB product prices.
There is a R5 000 non refundable fee for concept boards and detailed quotes. This fee does however get discounted back to you on your first order.
Any items sourced from other suppliers will carry a 15% additional fee to cover our shopping and co-ordination time.
We are adept at executing makeovers in phases as budget permits.
All orders require a 70% deposit. Once payment is made, there is a lead time of an average of 6 to 8 weeks. The balance is due before delivery and installation.
On the day of delivery and installation our Interior Decorator will be on site to manage the project in fine detail, along with our team of installers. All you’ll have to do is open the door when we arrive, and all you’ll have to worry about is whether you should go for a massage, brunch or to a movie while we work.
